Common Questions

The things families usually want to know before they enroll.

When is tuition paid — monthly or annually?
Tuition is conveniently paid through BrightWheel, where families can choose a monthly or bi-weekly (twice-monthly) schedule and set up secure payments using a credit card, debit card, or direct bank withdrawal.
Can I switch schedules mid-year?
Schedule changes are possible based on classroom space. Talk with the director — most requests can be accommodated within a few weeks.
What's the registration fee, and is it refundable?
There is a one-time annual registration fee that secures your child's spot. It is non-refundable.
Do you take state child-care subsidies?
Please call our office to discuss subsidy programs currently accepted. Policies change periodically and the director will have the most accurate information.
What happens if my child is sick or we go on vacation?
Tuition is monthly and doesn't prorate for absences. This allows us to staff classrooms consistently. Major medical leaves are handled case-by-case.
